Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Restricted Apparel. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns, unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged due to our error.
If you received the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

  • Items must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Used or worn products will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product is still in brand new condition.

  • You request the exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange, unless the error was on our part.


💳 Refunds & Store Credit

If a return or exchange is approved due to our mistake (wrong size, wrong item, etc.), we will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Offer a full refund or store credit, depending on the situation

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. This timeline may vary depending on your bank or Shopify’s payment processor.


🌍 International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally. If we begin to do so in the future:

  • Customers will be responsible for all international shipping costs.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for international orders.
